Renowned illustrator Gareth Hinds created the original art in honor of Teen Read Week 2011. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, Hinds is the critically-acclaimed creator of five graphic novels, including the much-praised The Odyssey, published by Candlewick Press, included on YALSA's 2011 Great Graphic Novels for Teens.
