READ: Bella Thorne Poster

Seventeen-year-old Bella Thorne is an actress, singer, dancer, author—and spokesperson for Teen Read Week 2015! She has appeared in numerous TV series including her starring role as CeCe Jones in the original Disney Channel show Shake It Up. On the big screen, Bella recently starred as Madison Carter in the film The DUFF, based on Kody Keplinger's YA novel The DUFF: (Designated Ugly Fat Friend). An avid reader and writer, Bella's 2014 debut novel, Autumn Falls is filled with personal elements from her own life as it tells the tale of a 15-year-old red-head who gets some magical help for bullying issues at her new high school. Autumn's Kiss, book two in the series will be available in November. Bella contributes to several charities such as The Nomad Organization, which provides education, food, and medical supplies to children in Africa, and serves as a Global Ambassador for Stomp Out Bullying.
