About this Session:

Libraries are known to provide valuable services in times of crisis, and with COVID-19 closing public spaces, that still proves true today. Learn what you can do to keep patrons involved, accessing collections, and engaged in this time of isolation. 

Participants will gain: 

- Tips on how to engage patrons virtually.

About the Presenter:

Ardis Proulx-Chedore is a Library Information Technician who is employed as the Acting Assistant to the C.E.O at the Cochrane Public Library, located in Northern Ontario. In 2019, her library’s 2018 TD Summer Reading Club earned the CNIB’s Program Accessibility Award. Ardis creates, facilitates and organizes programming for all ages. When she isn’t knee-deep in all ages programming, she runs a local Karaoke night under the stage name “Miss Ardis the Singing Librarian”. You can reach her on her Facebook page of the same name.
