No longer children, while not yet teens, tweens need to have programs geared to their interests and age level. The authors tell you how to get started, how to publicize to tweens, and provide ice breakers to get tweens talking. Included are four programs for each month of the year. It is a compilation of titles reviewed in VOYA magazine that received a perfect 5P and 5Q rating in the 21st century. As the only magazine focusing on literature for adolescents and their librarians, VOYA's young adult book reviews have helped build young adult library collections since 1ISBN-13: 978. Many young adult librarians rely on VOYA's reviews as their main resource for book selection. VOYA's unique Q (quality) and P (popularity) rating system has been an important tool to help busy young adult librarians make their purchase and reading selections in school and public libraries. The Q rating is strictly a 1 to 5 rating with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best, while the P rating is more subjective to the segment of the teen audience the book is meant to target. Additionally, major book awards were added to this list of titles to see which of our reviewers' best books went on to find recognition elsewhere. Among the awards seen here are: Michael L.
